Great location near Quayside attractions. Reasonable prices.- Excellent staff, helpful and hospitable
Noisy environment, especially on weekends with hen parties and stag nights. Lack of air conditioning in the summer, resulting in stuffy rooms.

Location, home from home, can cook own food. Shower is awesome! Bed is comfy.
Very noisy from the shopping street in the evenings lots of party crowds chanting along! Internet was not working the whole time, which was a total inconvenience.

The location was very central
The bathroom was flooded from the room above when we woke up in the morning, we were offered another room to get showered in which took time to organise and several trips back to reception to get a key that worked, no offer to help us move our things across. The window in the bedroom would not close, not good if you are staying in the center of Newcastle on a weekend and expect any sleep! The room was filthy, wish I had taken my own towels, stains on the sofa and carperts and found some really horrific items under the bed...will not be staying here again. My partner stayed here about a year ago and reccomended the place, he won't be making that mistake again!

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city. It is v close to the centre and just down by the quay, offering stunning views of the river. the rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities, including flat screen TVs and fully functioning kitchens. the service at the hotel is friendly and efficient, with smooth check-in and out processes. Plus, the secure car parking is a great advantage.
The noise levels in the hotel can be extremely high, particularly in the evenings.

It was central, being a flat it was a home from home. Foyer was a little chaotic, but that is because the owners are doing it up a bit.

Loads of space. A home from home. I'd definitely stay again if it was a the same rate. It made me re-think whether I'd rather stay in a hotel or an apartment when travelling on business.

The apartment was spacious and had a decent kitchen area for cooking. the location was convenient as it was close to public transportation and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. One of the best aspects was the free parking offered.
The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. the carpets and furniture were stained and dirty, and the bathroom had a musty smell.

The location was in the main buzz of newcastle! It allowed us to get to to Metro Radio Station Arena easily (and at a cheap price). It was on the main Eldon Sqaure shopping street I was able to wake up in the morning and do a course of shopping and food gathering before my friends had even fluttered thier eyes. You have appliances for every need and the staff were really helpful in organising transport, giving us directions and recommending venues.
The parking was close enough but it costs £12 for each over night stay.

It was slap bang in the centre of the city and had all the modern touches like flat screen tv's and a nice clean up to date bathroom and very comfy beds

Good value for money and ideally located for city centre and Metro service. The apartment was clean and had everything you'd expect in a serviced apartment or hotel.
The hot water was in the shower was way too hot and the temperature was difficult to control.

Location is good.
on the Booked.net website it states the hotel has WiFi, this did not works. Neither did the telephone in the room. In addition to this there was not hot water available we had to speak to reception staff about this.Dirty pots left in the dishwasher & TV controls did not work.

Excellent location - would be difficult to be more central. Very friendly staff and clean apartment. All basic items provided in the kitchen. Felt secure. Apartment was finished to a good standard.
I don't think the telephone worked and the set up of the wireless could have been explained more clearly.
